I have owned my GF since May 2012. It had 22k on the clock and the bodywork was absolutely brilliant which is what attracted me to this particular car.

On this page, my intention is to document the work I carry out to bring the car from "pretty good" to near perfect. I believe in doing things once but properly. Hopefully, I can give this X19 another 25 years of life!

First job was to replace the cam belt and tensioner just to be certain, don't want any nasty suprises!

Next was to replace the mechanical fuel pump with an elctric fuel pump and regulator utilising the carb cooling motor bracket (carb cooler dispensed with).
