The X1/9 Owners Club has been invited to attend the 2015 "Italian 100" event, being organised by Classic Fiat Ireland.  The event will take place on the weekend 28th to 30th August 2015, in the beautiful sea side village of Strandhill in Sligo.

The annual Christmas lunch at the Isle of Skye hotel in Perth was once again a great success. We had 7 people attending and one X1/9.  It was great to catch up with other Scottish club members in the flesh, discuss the coming year and possible events and shows we want to take part in.

Well, this year's National Event has now taken place and it was certainly one to remember.  With a turnout of 35 cars, including five from the Netherlands, we had one of the best attended events in years.  The Dalesbridge Centre looked after us superbly and, for the most part, the weather smiled on us (although the first night was a bit wet and wild).

We've been busy updating our events pages with events we have planned in 2012.  Juliet is organising a couple of visits to events in conjunction with the Cambridge-Oxford Owners' Club in the North East region (as well as sorting out this year's National).  Kevin, Rob and Martyn are running monthly meetings in Home Counties North, Wales and East Anglia respectively.

In addition, we have details of the usual annual events (e.g. Auto Italia Brooklands and Stanford Hall) as well as this year's NEC.

With the X1/9 world celebrating the 40th anniversary of the car there are a number of international events too.

Why not let us know what your plans are in the comments section below?  Also, if you know of any other events that might be of interest to the X1/9 world, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
