Wow are we really spending 10% of the membership fees on travel?
God where does that go? that's about 20 tanks of fuel in a x1/9

Not pointing any fingers but in today's financial climate that needs to be looked at and discussed and reduced maybe at the next AGM

That does sound like a lot of money - I'm not sure what is included in that. As far as committee meetings go, we successfully trialled one on Skype recently, so if we hold maybe every other committee meeting online, we can make good inroads into those expenses.
