This is general information for everyone to read and digest that uses and posts on the forum.

I will stop any personal or inflammatory posts on the forum. If there are personal gripes or issues between people then this is not the place to air them. I will moderate these posts, remove them or edit them if neccessary.

That doesn't mean I will remove banter or genuine discussions around the club or issues in the club. We all have a right to discuss and air these issues online and this is the correct use of the forum.

I don't want to take a heavy handed approach as this would be wrong and would potential harm the general flow of the forum. But I think if I set the ground rules now and everyone understands why the rules are there then there won't be any issues moving forward.

If you have an issue with a post or someone has posted something that you think is inflammatory or is personally offensive to you then please approach me first. I will deal with it. Its better to do it this way than letting it spiral out of control with several posts and threads on the board.

You can contact me via Personal Messaging on the board or better still call me to discuss. I will take your call if available if not then please leave me a voice mail and I will come back to you as soon as possible.

I would prefer to talk about an issue so that I can understand it and act accordingly.
