CSC sports exhaust box, modify bracket for perfect alignment, plenty of autosol to keep shine
Nimbus heat shielding for exhaust
4 wheel align to correct steering veer, including camber and castor
aquasteel & wax-oil......everything!
brake master cylinder renewal, caliper seals, pipes, res, rear caliper h/brake overhaul
clutch master and slave renewed, pedal box overhauled,
change out steering wheel to Corsica OMP, wire in horn
wire-in carburetor fan override

and the list goes on, still with growing list to get car to a good level of reliability and presentation

nice work - where did you find the aluminium carb heat shield?

Who needs 4th gear anyway...

It was off-cuts that I had left over from a previous job, proper heat shield used in motorsport applications, trade name - Nimbus, expensive and can be bought from any good motorsport factors.... or for ease...Demon Tweaks. Cut and shape yourself, various grades and sizes can be had off the shelf.

You seem to have blue carpets, is that something you’ve done?

Mine are black.

previous owner put new carpets in, actually not a great job, not sitting correctly in places, he switched from black to blue, originals were bad apparently

Hi Stuart,

Yes I've been on my project for some years...if you look up on this forum "a much needed restoration" you will see a fair bit of work carried out on this car. I was not intending to do such a big job, It seemed to end up being a full "Nuts 'n' Bolt" project.

It took 2 years to complete the metal work, I had it taken away for a full strip and dip and epoxy coat.

It took around a year to fully prep before the paint job.

Now i'm piecing it all back together!!!
